JOB SUMMARY
To ensure the recruitment function fulfils its goal by placing employees in positions which is best fit their criteria, knowledge and abilities. Also, provide opportunities for personal growth and satisfaction by assisting to oversee and execute the sourcing, selection, hiring and on boarding of new employees.
KEY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Recruitment
- Manage full spectrum of recruitment functions include sourcing, screening, interviewing the potential candidates based on the job requirement given by the respective department & region.
- Work closely with hiring managers to understand their requirements in order to source and recruit suitable candidates.
- Acts as the key point of contact with hiring managers and HR Business Partner on recruitment activities.
- Implement Pre-Employment Reference checks (where applicable).
- Prepare approval for successful candidate.
- Prepare circular memo for new staff and inform the respective heads via email.
- Attend new employees for reporting duty and brief new staff on the company’s benefits & guidelines.
- To key in new staff personal data into HR system.
- Drafting and posting of job advertisement (internal and external).
- Participate in activities to support company branding and to attract talents for the company e.g. through career fair and strategic collaboration / smart partnership with relevant institutes/organization.
Manpower Planning
- Prepare Yearly Manpower Planning Budget for Air Selangor Group.
- Scrutinize & Reconcile the Manpower Requisition Form from various departments & regions with yearly Manpower Budget.
- Monitor the Approved Manpower Planning Budget.
- Prepare Monthly Manpower Statistic for Air Selangor Group.
- Keep abreast of trends/updates in manpower planning & recruitment and recommend accordingly.
Budgeting
- Prepare and forecast yearly budget for TAU Unit.
- Monitor and ensure budget under TAU Unit to be utilized within the approved financial year budget.
- Prepare payment for vendors via SAP/TAMS/Oracle system.
HR Reporting & Analytics
- Prepare and update Manpower Planning & Recruitment Dashboard.
- Prepare monthly headcounts report to Head of Section and Departments.
- Prepare ad-hoc reports required by the Head of Unit.
Minimum Qualifications
- Degree in Human Resources / Human Management / Administration
- 1-3 years experiences in Manpower Planning and Recruitment
- Ideally in Recruitment of Staffs and Manpower Budget
- Good knowledge and practice in Recruitment process from selection of candidates until preparing Letter of Offer.
- Knowledge in preparing manpower planning budget is an added advantage.
- Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Power point & etc.)
- SAP/Oracle system
- HRMIS system
- Good interpersonal and communication skills.
