Responsibilities

  • Manage client accounts and maintain productive relationships.
  • Handle project briefings, proposals, and presentations.
  • Coordinate clients' projects with the team for quality delivery.
  • Facilitate communications between creative team and clients.
  • Prepare Contact Reports and Work-in-Progress sheets.
  • Ensure smooth running of campaigns and solve problems as needed.
  • Responsible for client satisfaction and account revenue growth.

Requirements
  • Candidates must possess at least degree/diploma in Business Studies/Business Administration/International Business/Marketing/Mass Communication/Advertising or equivalent
  • Candidates that contain 1 year or above working experience in the business development/customer service field will be priority
  • Fluent in English (written and verbal), and Mandarin are preferred because the role requires interacting with Mandarin‑speaking clients
  • Strong communication, negotiation and presentation skills
  • Looks presentable, result‑oriented and able to work independently

  • Making sure that your projects/campaigns run smoothly and have strong problem‑solving ability
