This role provides leadership and guidance to the legal team, supporting various business units with high-quality legal advice and contract management. The ideal candidate will have a law degree, at least 15 years of legal experience, and a proven track record in mentoring legal professionals. This full-time position is fully onsite, based at Sunway Velocity 2.

Qualifications

• Minimum 15 years of post-qualification experience, including 3–5 years in a reputable law firm.
• Proven track record of leading or mentoring legal professionals.
• Expertise in reviewing and negotiating complex commercial contracts.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership and guidance to the Kuala Lumpur-based legal team.
• Independently review, draft, and negotiate commercial agreements.
• Support other key business units with legal guidance.
