Job Profile Summary
The Associate Director, HR Data Stewardship and Data Products plays a key role in shaping and guiding the enterprise HR data landscape. The role contributes to the direction of the global HR Data Model, HR Data Governance, HR Data Quality, and HR Reporting standards, ensuring alignment with the organizational data strategy. It oversees the lifecycle of HR data products, supporting the design and delivery of scalable solutions that enable insights‑driven decisions across Prudential Group. The position engages with senior stakeholders, promotes data ethics and compliance, and drives initiatives to strengthen data culture within HR. This role reports into the Director, People Analytics.
