  • Achieve sales budgeted premium and manage the sales team.
  • Assist to achieve set production target & targeted profitability.
  • Develop and coordinate expansion plan for growth from group source.
  • Coordinate collection activities to ensure outstanding premium is manageable.
  • Service existing SME customers at the branch.
  • Cross sell all Bank/Group products.
  • Enhance market share through new customer acquisitions.
  • Grow SME portfolio and asset through Program Lending.
  • Cross sell Bank and Group products and services.
  • Grow SME deposits.
  • Refer non-PLM cases to CBBC.
  • Ensure compliance of conditions precedent.
  • Maintain PLM asset quality within acceptable threshold.

About The Role

  • Responsible in retaining existing client, develop new business and ensure growth production in line with company's requirement.
  • Assist to manage the sales team.
Responsibilities
  • Assist to achieve set production target & targeted profitability.
  • Assist in developing and coordinate expansion plan for growth from group source.
  • In charge of coordinating collection activities to ensure outstanding premium is within manageable level.
  • Service all existing SME customers parked at the branch.
  • Cross sell all Bank/Group products.
  • Enhance market share through new customer acquisitions and / or existing PLM portfolio.
  • Grow SME portfolio and asset through Program Lending.
  • Cross selling of the Bank and Group products and services.
  • Grow SME deposits.
  • Refer non-PLM cases to CBBC.
