Job description
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Customer Service: Attend calls, walk‑in advisers and investors; handle enquiries, requests and complaints promptly via fax, email, official response letter, or verbally through tele‑conversation.
  • Assist in FIMM related activities: FIMM Yearly License renewal, distribution of FiMM’s certified agent identity cards to advisers, and FIMM Seminars. Check completion of forms, acknowledge receipt, and coordinate with Adviser Services & Operation Department.
  • Routine follow‑up of incomplete forms from advisers to ensure submission; perform general administration and coordination to ensure smooth operation at regional branches and agencies; ensure promotional materials and forms are available.
  • Support business development team in promotional activities; educate advisers about application procedures, redemption, transfer, switching, and Adviser Application Form; provide accurate product/fund information; update advisers on dates, venues, details for CUTE organized by Company; support Retail, Private Wealth, Institutional and KenWealth Products and services.
  • Support Business Development Managers / Branch Manager: prepare necessary documents such as forms, prospectus, etc.; coordinate Investment Seminars / Workshops for both IUTA and Agencies.
  • Petty Cash Reconciliation: record in/out, attach receipt proof, reconcile by end of month; send signed reconciliation to finance and admin department.
  • Other tasks: handle E‑submission on investment; daily collection confirmation report; document filing and documentation; execute special tasks assigned by Regional Business Head & Head of Dept.
