About the Role

The purpose of this position is to assist the team lead in product management:

To assist in developing and delivering new & existing Corporate Solutions products including group products, voluntary solutions to optimize new business & existing business growth, profitability, and customer needs.

Roles and Responsibilities
Product Management
  • Assist in defining product strategies and explore new product ideas for CS product lines for CS Multi-Channel.
  • Lead the product development from end-to-end process including implementation, for new product and product enhancement.
  • Responsible to ensure product materials are accurate and updated.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders including Actuarial, Operations, Reinsurers, Sales & Marketing, Group etc.
  • Assist in managing CS product roadmap, ensure effective product management in supporting business goal and regulatory initiatives.
  • Ensure compliant with regulatory guidelines, Group’s governance structures and Risk & Compliance Standards.
  • Supporting Market analysis in identify opportunities, new product initiatives for different customer segment.
  • Collaborate with Sales and Marketing in driving CS product initiatives / campaign, not limit to product training, Sales collateral.
  • Provide on-going product support to relevant stakeholders.
  • Conduct post implementation review via business data report and feedback from frontline.
  • Assist in periodic product suite review, provide recommendation and drive changes as required. Lead ad-hoc projects and other initiatives as required.
  • Provide guidance to juniors in terms of product management and knowledge.
Minimum Job Requirements
  • Experience: Bachelor degree with >=4 years related working experience in Product Development or Pricing, Data analytics & pricing experience, preferred Insurance industry. Experience in Employee Benefits is preferred.

  • Technical knowledge and skills: Strong insurance product knowledge, well-versed with product development process and framework, Data mining, Business intelligence tool, adequate pricing experience, meticulous.
