Job description

Assist the Warehouse Manager in overseeing daily warehouse operations including receiving, storage, order processing, distribution, and returns of products;

Support in monitoring team productivity, inventory accuracy, and overall service performance;

Attending to Customs/Health Officer inspections and ensure proper documentation and compliance;

Coordinate with internal teams to meet operational requirements and maintain service quality for key stakeholders;

Support the Warehouse Manager in managing the Warehouse Management System (WMS), including system updates and communication to team members;

Assist in manpower planning, shift arrangements, and monitoring transportation operations;

Work closely with the project and operations teams to support continuous improvement of operational KPIs;

Assist in implementing operational improvement initiatives;

Enforce safety protocols, guidelines, and best practices to maintain a safe working environment;

Ensure compliance with relevant regulations, standards, and internal policies;

Participate in reviewing and refining warehouse processes to enhance efficiency, accuracy, and productivity;

Identify process gaps and propose improvement ideas to streamline workflow;

Assist the Warehouse Manager on any ad hoc tasks or assignments as required.

JOB REQUIREMENTS

Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, or Professional Degree in any field;

Minimum five (5) years of experience in logistics and warehouse operations;

Good knowledge of inventory management and warehouse control procedures;

Strong interpersonal, leadership, and problem-solving skills;

Proficient in analytical thinking with the ability to support process improvement initiatives;

Experience with ISO 9001, ISO 22000, or GMP will be an added advantage.
