Sales Prospecting
- Source for prospective clients for secured lending products through business alliances such as lawyers, insurance agents, real estate agents and any other partner-in-sales.
- Collaborate and work alongside branches to improve referrals and cross-sales activities.
- Achieve assigned financial results / sales target / segment mix / product mix
- Ensure adherence to responsible selling guidelines and structure proposed solutions that meet client’s financial needs.
- Ensure the accurate and timely completion of –
- End-to-end application process
- Submission of sales / pipeline management reports
- Deliver excellent customer service and achieve satisfactory net promoter score.
- Keep abreast with updated product information, market changes and provide market intelligence and customer feedback to the management for appropriate action.
- Institutionalize sales management routines i.e. sales meetings, goal setting, daily and weekly reviews.
- Seek cooperation from internal staff / stakeholders and external partners to ensure smooth business dealings and implementation of agreed plans.
Compliance & Standards
- Ensure compliance on Alliance Bank’s Policies and Procedures, Sales Compliance, KYC, AMLA guidelines, 3rd party confidentiality, including credit control procedures, audit compliance and BNM guidelines.
- To project a professional business image at all times through high standards of housekeeping and personal grooming
