As the Assistant to the General Manager at Horizon Media, you will work closely with senior management to support daily business operations, coordination, and execution across multiple functions.

Assistant to General Manager (总经理助理)

What You’ll Be Doing
  • Provide direct administrative and operational support to the General Manager, including schedule coordination, meeting preparation, and follow‑ups.
  • Assist in coordinating internal projects, cross‑team communication, and execution of management initiatives.
  • Prepare and organize documents, presentations, reports, and internal materials as required.
  • Support internal coordination across departments to ensure smooth day‑to‑day operations.
  • Assist in organizing internal meetings, company activities, and business‑related events.
  • Handle internal communications, announcements, and basic information flow on behalf of management.
  • Support visiting partners or internal stakeholders when required.
  • Perform other administrative and coordination tasks to support management and overall company operations.

What We’re Looking For
  • Minimum 1–3 years of relevant experience as an executive assistant, management assistant, or in a similar coordination role.
  • Strong organizational and time‑management skills with attention to detail.
  • Fluently speaking and writing in both English and Chinese (Mandarin) to support communication with China‑based teams and external partners.
  • Good written and verbal communication skills.
  • A high level of discretion, responsibility, and professionalism.
  • Ability to work independently while coordinating effectively across teams.
  • Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field is preferred.
