Basic Salary: RM 3000-3500
Career Development Direction:
During the training, candidates will be trained in store as a management trainee across 3 outlets. Training modules include Close Sales Skill, Stock Management, Visual Merchandising, Finance Management & Human Resource Management. After training, candidates will work as store PIC in the store and may be nominated as store managers based on outstanding performance. Responsibilities include store and sales management, stock takes to minimize stock loss, efficient stockroom management, executing Visual Merchandise in store following VM standards, ensuring compliance with SOPs, policies, procedures, profit protection measures, rules and regulations, and building a strong sales and service culture within the team.
After gaining experience in multiple stores, high-performing Store Managers may be promoted to Area Managers and be responsible for operations and sales performance across multiple stores, including expansion or transfer to other country for business.
