What You’ll Be Doing
Partner Development

Support our Premium and Platinum Resellers to grow their business to franchise-level standards.

Guide partners in improving their sales process, daily operations, and team capabilities.

Work together on business plans, reviews, and continuous improvement initiatives.

Drive sales performance by tracking results, inventory, and customer trends.

Create and roll out effective promotions to boost sales.

Monitor partner account health, including payment and credit control.

Train partners to build strong relationships with designers, architects, and contractors.

Coach them on solution selling and key account management to win more projects.

Collaborate on customer engagement and project pipelines.

Training & Market Support

Conduct product, sales, and customer experience training for partner teams.

Support local marketing activities, trade events, and promotional campaigns.

Stay updated on market trends, competitors, and customer needs to shape our strategies.

What We’re Looking For

Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.

Minimum 6 years of B2B sales experience, ideally in solution or consultative selling.

Proven experience in key account management or business partner development.

Background in working with dealers, distributors, or retail partners (franchise experience is a plus).

Strong analytical, communication, and coaching skills.

Fluency in Mandarin is a must to work closely with Mandarin-speaking partners and clients.

Possess own transport and willing to travel when needed.
