Responsibilities

• Assist in all basic Quantity Surveyor tasks, including valuation, measurement and taking‑off.
• Liaise with architects, external QS, contractors and the project team.
• Assist in the preparation of progress claims, subcontractor claims, etc.
• Assist in tender exercises, calling for quotations, comparison of bids, etc.
• Perform additional Assistant QS tasks as assigned by the Senior QS.

Requirements

• Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Quantity Surveying or an equivalent qualification.
• Minimum of 1 year working experience with a main contractor.
• Willingness to work in Seri Kembangan.
• Preferably specialised solely in Quantity Surveying.
