Role Description

We are on the lookout for a motivated and committed Assistant Quantity Surveyor to join our growing team! With a strong presence in residential, commercial, institutional, and mixed-use developments, this is your opportunity to be part of a respected consultancy with over 40 years of industry excellence.

What You’ll Do:

• Assist Senior Quantity Surveyors and the team in preparing preliminary estimates, Bills of Quantities (BOQ), tender documents, and contract documentation
• Collaborate with project teams, consultants, and contractors to support project execution
• Analyse tender submissions, including BOQs, clarifications, and tender reports
• Conduct site valuations and assess contractor claims for interim valuations, variations, and final accounts

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Quantity Surveying or equivalent (fresh graduates are welcome)
• Strong analytical and numerical skills
• Familiarity with Glodon, CostX, MS Excel, and other relevant software is an added advantage
• Excellent communication skills and a collaborative mindset
• High attention to detail, organizational skills, and a proactive attitude
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently when needed
• Preferable to have experience in QS consultant firm
