We are seeking an enthusiastic and detail-oriented Assistant Quantity Surveyor to join our team in Kepong, Kuala Lumpur. This full‑time position will play a crucial role in supporting our Construction team with cost estimation, project planning, and quantity analysis.

What you’ll be doing
  • Help prepare estimates and budgets for piling works packages.
  • Measure complex piling quantities from drawings.
  • Assist with valuations and payments for specialist sub‑contractors and plant.
  • Track site costs and help with cost reporting for piling operations.
  • Learn the specific contracts and methods of the piling industry.
  • Provide administrative support as needed, such as document management and filing.
What we’re looking for
  • Relevant diploma in Quantity Surveying, Construction Management, or a related field.
  • Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills with attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in using construction‑related software, such as CAD, estimating tools, and project management systems.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross‑functional teams.
