We are seeking an experienced Project Manager with strong foundations in AV/IT system integration, multimedia/interactive installations, and comprehensive project management capabilities. The ideal candidate will oversee end‑to‑end delivery of experiential, gallery, exhibition, and innovation‑centre projects, ensuring seamless integration of technology, content, and user experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage full project lifecycle—from initiation, planning, design coordination, procurement, installation to final commissioning.
- Oversee AV/IT system integration works, ensuring compliance with design intent, technical specifications, and operational requirements.
- Prepare AV/IT logic diagrams, block diagrams, signal‑flow schematics, and relevant documentation to support system design and implementation.
- Coordinate closely with consultants, clients, creatives, multimedia teams, contractors, and vendors to ensure smooth execution.
- Manage project schedules, resources, risk assessments, and cost control to ensure timely and quality project delivery.
- Supervise testing, troubleshooting, system optimization, and gallery/multimedia operational workflows.
- Ensure all documentation, drawings, QA/QC, and handover deliverables are completed to a professional standard.
- Provide technical leadership and propose AV operational strategies for long‑term maintainability and performance.
Requirements
- Diploma or Degree in Engineering, Architecture, IT, Multimedia Technology, or related fields.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in AV/IT system integration, exhibitions, museums, galleries, digital installations, interactive experiences, or similar environments.
- Strong ability to prepare and interpret AV/IT block diagrams, logic diagrams, network schematics, and system architecture documentation.
- Hands‑on experience with AV equipment, control systems, network infrastructure, and multimedia playback systems.
- Proficient in project management methodologies, with proven track record of delivering complex and multidisciplinary projects.
- Strong stakeholder‑management skills and ability to work effectively with cross‑functional teams.
- Good problem‑solving ability, technical aptitude, and structured approach to troubleshooting.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
Preferred Skills (Good to Have)
- Experience with museum/gallery or experiential design projects.
- Knowledge of control systems (e.g., Crestron, AMX, Medialon), servers, networking, and interactive technologies.
- Familiarity with multimedia workflows (video, animation, interactive content, sensors, etc.).
- Ability to produce technical documentation, SOPs, and operational guides.
