As an Assistant manager / Project Manager at Kemajuan Anggun sdn bhd, you will play a crucial role in overseeing the successful delivery of construction projects within the Bandar Baru Ampang Selangor region. This full-time position will see you leading cross‑functional teams, managing project timelines and budgets, and ensuring the highest standards of quality and safety are maintained throughout the project lifecycle.

What you’ll be doing

• Develop and implement comprehensive project plans, including timelines, resource allocation, and risk mitigation strategies
• Coordinate and lead cross‑functional teams, including designers, contractors, and subcontractors, to ensure seamless project delivery
• Monitor project progress, identify and address any issues or delays, and provide regular updates to stakeholders
• Manage project budgets and ensure compliance with contractual and financial requirements
• Ensure that all projects adhere to relevant construction regulations, safety standards, and quality control measures
• Collaborate with the broader organisation to identify opportunities for process improvement and innovation
