Job summary

A leading manufacturing company in Tampin, Malaysia is looking for a Production Manager to oversee all production activities. The ideal candidate will define production strategies, manage a skilled team, and ensure compliance with government regulations. Responsibilities include improving processes, supervising repair work on heavy vehicles, and communicating with authorities. Candidates must have at least a Secondary School/SPM and good skills in Bahasa Malaysia. Proficiency in Excel and Word is a plus.

• Deal with technical problem in production lines and improve processes and procedures
• Manage a team of multi-skilled employees in day-to-day production and maintenance activities in a large manufacturing organization.
• To supervise the repair of heavy vehicle and machinery
• To perform any other relevant duties as assigned from time to time.
• Liaise with relevant government authorities to obtain necessary approvals and ensure all authorities reports are up to date
