Reporting to Group ProductManager (Ms. Eiko)
To prepare and develop marketing plan for the designated products, agencies and principals in line with the Company’s as well as the Principals’ objectives.
To constantly develop and recommend appropriate sales, advertising and promotional activities for designate product lines, agencies or Principals.
To identify appropriate channels of distribution for each and every product line and draw up penetration strategies to gain support.
To gather market intelligence and conduct regular market visits.
To track and analyze brand performance and brand health through in-market sales. Recommend corrective actions to address areas of concerns.
To constantly survey the market and analyze competitors’ activities and new entrants.
To maintain good public relationship with Principals as well as ensuring excellent customer relationship and rapport in order to achieve and maintain the Company’s image.
