Job description
Overview

To manage product brand to ensure to achieve department mission and continuous market share growth.

To develop marketing plans and implement marketing activities with maintaining company profitability.

To conduct market evaluation and market analysis.

To monitor and control A&P expenditure with budget allocation.

To keep abreast with healthcare business activities and current market situation.

Marketing Implementation
  • Provide marketing plan & strategies to achieve the assigned product in-market sales target, Product profitability, Department Mission and Market share growth.
  • Ensure that all activities (ATL & BTL) are planned and executed effectively to achieve the desired results within the Company’s Code of Conduct & respective regulations.
  • Maximize ROI on A & P spending.
  • Provide and update product information and directions to sales team.
  • Execute appropriate marketing activities to create product awareness and better disease understandings among healthcare professionals and end-users.
  • Gather and analyse market data to enable to plan effective marketing and sales activities.
Supply Chain Coordination
  • Forecast in-market commercial & FOC goods to ensure that all items have sufficient inventories at distributor within contract inventory level.
Product Development
  • Identify potential candidate for assigned product portfolio expansion together with market / competitor info.
  • Evaluate R&D samples to ensure new products can be accepted by market.
  • Evaluate sales & profitability to ensure new product development profitability.
Requirement
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing and/or Pharmaceutical related education background.
  • Minimum 3 years’ working experience in Healthcare Industry
  • Specific knowledge – Product Management in Pharmaceuticals industry.
  • Computer Literacy – Microsoft Office (Excel, Powerpoint, Word)
