Job description

Ametal Tech – Telok Panglima Garang, Selangor

Daily review the material requirement against customer orders and Bill of Materials (BOM).

Update and maintain the Material Planning files; escalate if any discrepancies.

Coordinate and work closely with production, store and purchasing departments to align planning activities.

Ensure timely issuance of Purchase Requisition (PR) to purchasing team. Monitor and follow up the material status and update to Material Planning files. Providing administrative support, including document management and data entry.

Track material availability and avoid overstock or shortages.

Support other administrative tasks as needed by the planning department.

What we’re looking for

Minimum Diploma in any relevant field.

More than 3 years of experience in material planning roles, preferably in a manufacturing environment. Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills with the ability to interpret data and identify opportunities for improvement

Proficiency in SAP One system, Microsoft office, and basic reporting tools, knowledge of inventory control and production process will be an advantage.

Good communication skills and the ability to work with cross‑functional teams. Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry.

Location: Telok Panglima Garang, Selangor.
