Sime Darby Auto Performance Sdn Bhd (SDAP) is the official importer of Porsche vehicles in Malaysia, taking over the local operations since 2010. SDAP is the authorised distributor and seller of Porsche vehicles and parts, and also provides After Sales Services for Porsche vehicles in Malaysia. It operates at Porsche Centre Ara Damansara, Porsche Centre Sg Besi, Porsche Centre Penang, Porsche Centre Johor Bahru. SDAP is under the Sime Darby Motors Division, a member of the Sime Darby Group.

Job Purpose

Conduct repair work and administration duties according to Porsche Standards. Invoice sufficient hours to maintain a profitable business.

Responsibilities

• Receive parts shipments and check for damages
• Create & Print barcodes according to parts shipments
• Store and retrieve parts according to their location
• Ensure that parts are binned in accordance with first in last out principals
• Ensure Warehouse cleanliness at all times
• Deliver parts directly to workshop technicians
• Prepare parts for return to Germany
• Prepare accounting adjustment relating to stock, sale or returns
• Ensure that all perishable items are recorded and sold according to oldest date first
• Ensure security of the parts warehouse at all times
• Ensure all shipping documents are passed to the Parts Supervisor for further processing
• Ensure all damaged parts are documented and reported to the Parts Supervisor

Qualifications
