Job summary

A leading beauty and personal care firm is seeking a Marketing Executive to support the Marketing Manager. The role involves executing marketing plans, managing Customer Relationship Marketing initiatives, and aiding in e-commerce development primarily through livestream selling. Candidates should have at least 3 years of experience, strong leadership skills, and be proficient in Chinese and English. This position is based in Petaling Jaya, Malaysia.

Overview

To support Marketing Manager in coordinating and executing marketing plans and product launches.

To propose and execute Customer Relationship Marketing (CRM) programs including data maintenance, analysis, and reporting.

To support Sales team for Marketing solutions and development of E-Commerce, primarily through livestream selling

To work with digital marketing PIC to integrate 360 campaigns for digital platforms.

To liaise with third party, such as suppliers, designers, contractors and retailer for counter enhancement, season change and maintenance for all counters.

To prepare monthly, quarterly, half yearly reports which tracks and analyse the KPIs of the company for future improvements.

To compile competitor’s info and share the analysis (online and offline).

To coordinate with sales team for the customer request for promotion material and in-store merchandising support.

To assist on ad hoc projects as assigned by the management.

To work closely with other team members to achieve group performance.

To support the execution of Visual Merchandising Design for counters at retailer’s outlet.

Requirements

Requirements

  • Candidate must possess at least a Professional Certificate, Diploma, Bachelor's Degree or equivalent.
  • At least 3 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
  • Self-motivated, analytical, quick learner, organized, detail-oriented, multi-tasker.
  • Prioritized workload and meets deadlines for a variety of marketing deliverables.
  • Demonstrates initiative with results orientation, while exhibiting strong drive and leadership skill.
  • Has own transportation and willing to travel.
  • Required language(s): Chinese, English.
  • Applicants must be willing to work in Petaling Jaya.
  • Core skill set: Must have minimum 2 years Marketing/ CRM experience/ Brand management in similar industry.
Secondary skill set
  • a. Have experience in CRM management/ consumer analysis.
  • b. Have experience in trade/traditional offline marketing, preferably in departmental stores
  • c. Ideally have experience in on ground event planning/ execution.
Preferred industry

Preferred industry: Worked in Beauty/ Personal Care/ Departmental Store/ Luxury brands.
