This role focuses on supporting healthcare-related marketing communications, campaigns, and events. The ideal candidate should possess strong interpersonal and organizational skills, with the ability to work closely with doctors, partners, and cross-functional teams.
1. Marketing Communications
- Plan and execute integrated marketing campaigns across digital, social media, and offline platforms to achieve business and campaign objectives.
- Develop, write, and manage content for social media channels, ensuring brand consistency and engagement.
- Update and maintain website content to ensure accuracy and relevance.
- Coordinate the production of marketing collaterals (e.g., brochures, name cards, signage, email campaigns).
- Liaise with doctors, internal stakeholders, agencies, and external vendors to ensure timely execution of campaigns.
2. Events & Partnerships
- Plan and manage end-to-end events (both online and in-person), including publicity, RSVP tracking, and on-site coordination.
- Support the project management and execution of CSR partnership initiatives.
3. General Support
- Assist with ad-hoc projects and tasks that contribute to the healthcare function and the company’s commercial objectives.
Job Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Mass Communications, or a related field.
- 3–4 years of relevant marketing experience; healthcare industry experience is an added advantage.
- Willingness to travel within Malaysia when required.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in English and at least one additional language.
- Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to collaborate effectively with doctors, partners, cross-functional teams, and vendors.
- Highly meticulous, organized, and able to perform under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong project management skills with the ability to meet tight deadlines.
- Independent, results-driven, and proactive in problem-solving.
- Proficiency in content creation (social media, website), including design, photography, and/or video production, will be a strong advantage.
- This position will be based at Kota Damansara, with a reporting line to the Senior Manager, Marketing ASEAN who is based in Singapore.
