Job summary

A recruitment and training company is seeking an experienced Talent Acquisition and Development Lead to drive recruitment and empower teams through effective training. Responsibilities include managing the recruitment lifecycle, developing training programs aligned with business goals, and fostering a positive and performance-driven workplace culture. The ideal candidate has a degree, experience in relevant fields, and is bilingual in Chinese and English. This position is based in Selangor, Malaysia.

Qualifications

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in real estate, mortgage banking, or related fields.
  • Must speak Chinese & English fluently.
  • Experience in training or coaching is advantageous.

Job description

Lead end-to-end recruitment: job postings, sourcing, answering inquiries, screening, interviewing, and selection.

Build monthly recruitment plans and talent pipelines.

Strengthen employer branding to position the company as an employer of choice.

Manage onboarding and orientation to ensure smooth integration for new hires.

Maintain recruitment reports, metrics, and dashboards for workforce planning.

Create and maintain structured training programs aligned with business goals.

Conduct or coordinate training sessions, workshops, and sharing sessions.

Coach agents on property fundamentals, consultation frameworks, sales skills, and closing techniques.

Prepare case studies, objection-handling scripts, and roleplay materials.

Assist in performance management processes, including goal setting and performance reviews.

Track agent KPIs, training outcomes, and performance improvements to support data-driven development.

Run monthly performance reviews and report insights to management.

Identify training needs based on performance data.

Manage external training vendors and course registrations (HRDF where applicable).

Perform any other ad hoc tasks as assigned by the Manager.

Your Roles:
  • (1) Talent Acquisition

  • (2) Learning & Development
    • Create and maintain structured training programs aligned with business goals.
    • Conduct or coordinate training sessions, workshops, and sharing sessions.
    • Coach agents on property fundamentals, consultation frameworks, sales skills, and closing techniques.
    • Prepare case studies, objection-handling scripts, and roleplay materials.
    • Assist in performance management processes, including goal setting and performance reviews.

  • (4) Team Engagement
    • Assist in planning and executing engagement activities and events (and have fun!).
    • Gather feedback to identify engagement gaps and improvement opportunities.
Job Requirements:
  • Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in any field.
  • Must be able to speak Chinese & English.
  • Good knowledge of the property market and industry trends.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in any field below:
    • Real estate (sales, marketing or operations)
    • Mortgage banking
    • Developer (sales, marketing or operations)
    • Conveyancing/legal firm
    • Property sales training/coaching
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proactive, organised, and able to manage multiple priorities in a fast‑paced environment.
  • Experience in training, coaching, or talent development is a strong advantage.
  • Good analytical and presentation skills.
  • Digital marketing skill is preferable.
