Summary

You will be responsible for assisting with the efficient running of the department in line with Hyatt International's Corporate Strategies and brand standards, whilst meeting associate, guest and owner expectations. The Assistant Manager - Spa is responsible for providing hands‑on support and guidance to the spa team, ensuring services are delivered following approved spa brand standards and sequences of service, and fostering strong relationships with guests.

Qualification
  • Due to work permit restrictions, this position is only open for Malaysian Citizens and Permanent Residents of Malaysia.
  • Ideally with a university degree/diploma in hospitality/hotel management.
  • Minimum 2-3 years of experience in a supervisory or managerial role in a spa within luxury hotels or related establishments.
  • Strong understanding of spa operations, treatments, and services.
  • Possesses excellent interpersonal skills to build strong relationships, attention to detail in delivering exceptional guest experiences, and strong problem‑solving abilities to handle guest concerns professionally and empathetically.
