Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and mentor a small social media team, ensuring clear roles, growth and high-quality output
  • Foster collaboration across internal departments and external partners for integrated campaigns
  • Strategize, plan and oversee content across key platforms including Instagram and Xiaohongshu (XHS)
  • Build and manage influencer partnerships and KOL-driven projects to amplify RWG’s presence locally and internationally
  • Conceptualize and execute impactful social media IP campaigns and new initiatives that cut through the noise, spark meaningful engagement and drive business objectives
  • Manage social livestreaming programs to engage audiences in real-time
  • Track and analyze performance data to measure campaign success and optimize strategies
  • Conduct social media listening to monitor conversations, trends and potential crises
  • Prepare regular reports with actionable insights for stakeholders
  • Drive community outreach and engagement initiatives to strengthen online fan relationships
Requirements
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field
  • 4+ years of experience in social media, influencers or related roles
  • Multi-lingual in Chinese and English (written and spoken) is an added advantage
  • Skilled in social listening tools, data analytics and reporting
  • Strong knowledge of Instagram and Xiaohongshu platform dynamics
  • Passionate about all things social, with a finger on the pulse of digital trends
  • Detail-oriented, disciplined and equipped with leadership skills
