Responsibilities

• Comply, support and follow all company policies and procedures and all statutory requirements within area of responsibility and ensure taking care of own health, safety and environment at all time.
• Aware & comply on all GMP standard practices inside plant.
• Secure and safeguard company properties and assets and implementation of security protocol and procedure.
• Assist Lead HSES in providing structural advisory to plant management pertaining HSES matters.
• Assist Group Head of Security in providing structural advisory to Divisional Head at group level pertaining HSES matters.
• Provide assistance to Lead HSES and Group Head of Security in any HSES related matter.
• Contribute to the development and implementation of various Security programs and procedures.
• Provide leadership and actively develop the skills and capability of the Security Functional team.
• Lead on any security investigation at workplace to identify root cause.
• Identify all security related risks through assessment, mitigation and prevention.
• Investigate and identify any incident related to security breach and conduct surveillance or clandestine operation if required.
• Ensure all Security equipment at 100% functioning and plan for preventive maintenance schedule.
• Prepare OPEX and CAPEX annual budget or any additional required.
• Closely monitor approved budget expenditure.
• Perform and commit to other duties and activities assigned by reporting superior and Top Management.
