Job Overview

Key Responsibilities
  • Drive the sales journey from prospecting and presentations to negotiations, closing, and bespoke after-sales service
  • Build and nurture trusted relationships with clients, property agents, and brokers, acting as a brand ambassador of distinction
  • Contribute to the execution of sales and marketing strategies that reflect the exclusivity of our developments
  • Support property launches, private viewings, and signature events that captivate and engage prospective buyers
  • Conduct insightful market intelligence and competitor benchmarking to anticipate trends and identify opportunities in the property segment
  • Prepare and present performance reports, offering insights and recommendations for continuous improvement
  • Collaborate seamlessly with internal teams to deliver an exceptional client journey, from first contact to handover
  • Uphold the highest standards of professionalism and integrity, ensuring that every interaction reinforces the prestige of the Company’s brand
What We’re Looking For
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field
  • 3–6 years’ proven experience in sales and marketing, preferably in the property sector
  • Exceptional communication, negotiation, and presentation skills with a polished, client-centric approach

  • Proficiency in MS Office; experience with CRM tools is an advantage
