Job description

Responsible for the management of the restaurant business to achieve and maintain high standard of quality, service & cleanliness. Ensure all safety and hygiene standards are all met.

Provide leadership and manage restaurant in achieving company's goal, sales target, manpower planning, utilities, inventory control, costing and others matters related to restaurant daily operations.

Manage restaurant team to provide customers with the highest quality products and excellent services.

Management of restaurant POS system, float money, petty cash, sales collections, inventory control & adhere to restaurant security policies.

Ensure outlet daily, weekly as well as monthly operation process in smooth and without any breakdown.

Alert to all reported issues from subordinates and make sure all issues solve within the time frame.

Participate in all local restaurant marketing, training and cleaning activities.

Prepare daily / weekly / monthly reports required by the Management.

Perform any other duties may be assigned to you from time to time by the Management.

Qualifications & experience

Minimum3 yearsof Assistant Manager / Restaurant Manager experience in restaurant F&B is preferable or equivalent experience.

Thorough knowledge of restaurant operations and preparation

Able to work under pressure and deal with stressful situations during busy periods.

High level of integrity and sense of responsibility with commitment to good governance.

Good communicator, independent with good organization and multitasking skills.

Able to access and accurately input information using a moderately complex computer system.

Strong interpersonal skill and problem-solving abilities.
