Job summary

A leading electronics manufacturer in Kulim, Malaysia, is looking for a Production Control Specialist. In this role, you will set production and delivery targets, liaise with team members for efficient operations, ensure compliance with ISO standards, and monitor material requirements. Ideal candidates should hold a degree in manufacturing, possess related work experience, and have problem-solving and communication skills. Proficiency in Japanese or Chinese is a plus.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in spoken and written Japanese or Chinese is an added advantage.
• Vast working experience (below 5 years) in production control.
• Knowledge in ISO9001, ISO14001 & ISO27001 standards.

Laise with all section PIC for the smooth running of all production process, good quality product and on time delivery.

Plan and monitor production in all lines.

Plan and monitor material requirement for all process.

Organize manpower to meet on time delivery.

Solve problem and apply best decision making whenever problem arise.

Implement and maintain ISO9001, ISO14001 & ISO27001.

Make periodic report to management.

Ensure health and safety in workplace.

Continue training and development to improve employee.

Requirements

• Proficiency in spoken and written Japanese OR Chinese is added advantage.
• Have vast working experience (below 5 years) in production control.
• Knowledge in ISO9001, 140001 & 27001 standards.
• Good decision making, problem solving and communicating skill.
• Good commitment to job (daily & weekend OT).
• Possess at least Degree level in manufacturing with related working experience (production).
