- Manage marketing communication and digital marketing plans to drive traffic, user acquisition, conversion, and retention in line with KPIs and business targets.
- Set performance targets and ensure all execution activities remain focused on results.
- Collaborate with internal marketing teams and external agencies to plan and execute growth campaigns across all market-facing functions.
- Track, monitor, and analyze user behavior, campaign performance and social media sentiment.
- Monitor marketing budgets and prepare regular reporting.
- Collect, analyze, and consolidate data from internal and external sources for weekly reports, monthly Sales & Marketing Conference presentations, Annual Management Planning (AMP) and Mid-Year Reviews.
Digital Media Marketing
- Develop creating an innovative, industry-leading digital media marketing strategy that leverages key brand assets to support the business's growth ambitions over the coming years.
- Manage all Digital Media Marketing channels (e.g. website, social media: FB, IG, TikTok, XHS etc) to ensure high security and smooth operation.
- Develop Digital Marketing Roadmap and ensure innovation delivers excellent user experiences and profitable growth.
- Data integration, analysis and value maximum.
- Identify trends and insights, then optimize spending and performance based on the insights.
- To keep the brand fresh and relevant amongst key target audiences (Millennials & Gen Z).
- Fully involve in the social media post content development based on the insights.
- Assist to align the target audience experience across all digital touch points with offline channels to ensure a seamless customer experience.
Advertising
- Manage owned, earned, paid and shared media strategies and creation of best‑class media plans using research, targeting and scheduling best practices, ensuring plan deliver upon objectives and generate high value.
- Monitor Advertising Project progress from planning to execution to ensure it remains focused and evaluate its effectiveness.
- Manage Advertising Campaigns with Media Buy agency for both ATL and BTL to set KPI and maximize the ROI.
- Manage and coordinate Advertising and Promotional campaigns post management approval, track budgets & costs and ensure that the projects run smoothly.
- Conduct continuous examination of research information - source and destination, audience profile and local market analysis to help guide owned Media Buy Strategies.
- To create a productive, collaborative relationship with third party, developing win‑win co‑marketing plans and ensuring effective co‑branding of our proposition.
Education
Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Communication or related field.
Experience
- At least 5 years of progressive digital media marketing and advertising experience required.
- Working experience in automotive industry is value added.
Specific Knowledge / Skills / Abilities / Personal Attributes
Good knowledge in Digital Advertisement, Social Media Marketing, Search Marketing, Data Tracking and Analysis.
- Strong project management skills with the ability to prioritize, multitask, and deliver results under pressure
- Proven experience in turning customer insights into effective and creative marketing activities
- Excellent spoken and written English; fluent Mandarin required for managing Xiaohongshu (XHS) content.
- Good knowledge of digital marketing and online platforms.
- Proficient in MS Word and Excel; strong skills in MS PowerPoint.
- Creative and analytical thinker with strong problem‑solving abilities.
- Well‑organized, detail‑oriented, and able to manage multiple projects and teams.
