Job summary

A leading manufacturing company based in Sepang, Selangor is seeking a Compliance and Quality Systems Manager to lead the procurement excellence team. The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree, 5+ years of experience in quality systems and auditing, as well as strong communication and problem-solving skills. This role involves developing procedures, handling complaints, and ensuring compliance with ISO standards.

Qualifications

  • Minimum 5 years of working experience in quality system establishment and auditing roles.
  • Experience in manufacturing environment is an advantage.
  • Strong hands-on knowledge in ISO 13485: 2016 and ISO 9001: 2015.

Responsibilities

  • Lead the procurement excellence team and provide guidance to compliance executives.
  • Develop procurement department's procedures.
  • Handle and resolve complaints from stakeholders.
