Purpose of the Role

To support and manage the procurement function by ensuring the timely, cost-effective, and compliant acquisition of goods and services.

Run and support procurement activities including managing stakeholders & supplier relationships, negotiating contracts, optimizing costs, risk mitigation and analysing performance.

What You’ll Do
  • Manage daily procurement operations mainly for Pharmaceutical Marketing/ IT / warehouse related procurement activities.
  • Managing internal stakeholders and supplier relationship
  • Administering and maintaining contracts and vendor databases
  • Identify, source, and evaluate a diverse range of vendors
  • Ensure Policy Compliance, Ensuring the integrity and accuracy of all procurement data and documentation for transparency and decision-making
  • Maintaining accurate and comprehensive records of all procurement processes for audit purposes.
  • Identifying and escalating potential supply risks
  • Identifying opportunities for cost savings and process improvements to enhance efficiency and profitability.
  • Support any procurement related activities assigned by Senior Manager, Procurement.
