A leading logistics company in Malaysia seeks an experienced OpsTalent Recruiter to lead end-to-end recruitment for Operations roles. This hands-on leadership role requires 5–8 years of recruitment experience, strong stakeholder management skills, and a solutions-oriented mindset. You will partner with Ops leaders, establish hiring processes, and monitor hiring performance in a fast-moving environment. A background in logistics, e-commerce, or supply chain is a plus.
We are setting up a dedicated OpsTalent (Recruitment) team to strengthen how we hire across Operations, starting with Last Mile and scaling across the Ops ecosystem. This is a hands‑on leadership role for someone who thrives in fast‑moving, operational environments and enjoys building things from the ground up. This position is offered as a 1-year fixed‑term contract, with conversion to permanent subject to the success of the OpsTalent pilot.
