The Waterfront Shoppes of The Light City is the highlight of the masterplan. Located right at the waterfront, it offers a mouthwatering array of F&B choices and unique attractions, making it a must-visit destination for locals and tourists alike. As we grow, we’re seeking people to join our team and be part of this exciting retail project.

Job Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute the mall’s digital marketing strategy.
  • Create, manage, and optimize digital campaigns across multiple platforms (social media, website, email marketing, etc.).
  • Monitor and analyse digital marketing performance, providing recommendations for optimization and improvement.
  • Develop engaging content (social media posts, blogs, newsletters, etc.) to build brand awareness and community engagement.
  • Manage media campaigns across platforms such as Google Ads, Facebook, Instagram, XHS and TikTok.
  • Keep up-to-date with digital marketing trends and apply best practices.
  • Cultivate relationships with journalists, media outlets, influencers, and key opinion leaders (KOLs) to enhance the mall’s media presence.
  • Organize and manage events, including press conferences, product launches, and VIP functions, to promote the mall’s brand and offerings.
  • Oversee the planning and execution of internal and external communication strategies to ensure alignment with the mall’s values and goals.
  • Collaborate with internal/external teams to plan and execute marketing activities, events, and promotions.
  • Coordinate with external agencies and vendors for media coverage.
  • Provide regular reports on digital marketing performance, PR initiatives, and customer engagement to management.
  • Work on development of digital assets such as digital directory, website and mobile app.
Job Requirements:
  • Possess a Bachelor Degree in Marketing, Public Relations, or a related discipline.
  • 10 years of experience in a similar capacity.
  • Proven track record in digital marketing and public relations, preferably in retail and shopping malls.
  • Strong communication skills with demonstrated leadership qualities.
  • Exceptional writing, communication, and presentation skills.
