A global automotive leader is seeking a skilled marketing strategist to lead market strategies and drive data-driven campaigns. The role demands a strong leader who can manage cross-functional teams and coordinate with international markets to ensure alignment with global priorities. Ideal candidates will have 5-8 years of experience, a relevant degree, and a proven track record of campaign execution and stakeholder management. This position is integral in fostering collaboration and achieving impactful results across diverse markets.
Objective
To lead market strategy and data-driven marketing by steering campaign planning, coordinating digital innovations and acting as the main liaison with assigned markets – ensuring consistent value delivery and alignment with global business priorities.
Lead Market Management and Campaign Activation
Oversee strategic planning, full execution, and performance tracking of marketing campaigns across assigned markets. Ensure that campaign initiatives align with both local market objectives and the global brand strategy. Manage the entire campaign lifecycle, from concept to completion and assess performance to drive continuous improvement.
Act as Primary Liaison for Assigned Market(s)
Serve as the Single Point of Contact (SPoC) between assigned markets and global stakeholders, including Content Studio, Overseas Marketing and agency to ensure smooth coordination and timely execution.
Steer Always-On Activation Across Streams
Monitor and coordinate implementation activities across streams CRM, OneWeb and Personalization to drive integrated engagement and optimize utilization of yearly scope.
Govern Market Readiness and Compliance
Establish governance standards to ensure market(s) together with relevant stakeholders are ready for activations, aligned with global guidelines, legal requirements and data privacy regulations – ensuring consistent rollouts across market(s) with quality deliverables.
Execute Operational and Financial Processes
Manage day-to-day operations including market requests and communication, campaign timelines, budget utilization, contract coordination and invoice process in collaboration with relevant teams.
