WEEKLY
  • Pricing
  • Update & maintain the database of pricing/ quotation
  • Project-based request for quotation
  • Pricing analysis for leasing and rental as requested by Management
MONTHLY
  • Account Management
  • Makes financial forecasting and advises the upper management on the financial implications of proposed strategies
  • Monitor rolling cash flow report (actual cash basis)
  • Verify the calculation of the monthly payout commission to the salesperson
QUARTERLY & INTERVAL
  • BOD Meeting & QRP Submission
  • Prepare analysis & information for QRP & BOD Paper & presentation slides
  • Ensure the completeness of notes to the Management Accounts
  • Feasibility Study
  • Prepare analysis & information for the study
  • Attend inquiries from DRB related to the study.
  • Business Development
  • From time to time, evaluate business processes, anticipate, and uncover areas for improvement
  • Propose process improvement that meets business needs and requirements
  • Monitor deliverables and ensure timely completion of the development project
YEARLY
  • Annual Management Plan
  • Prepare statements of account for AMP
  • Prepare analysis & information for AMP Paper & Slides
QUALIFICATIONS
  • Possess a Bachelor's Degree in Accounting with a CGPA above 3.0. (Preferably those with ACCA and other equivalent professional qualifications or MIA members).
  • Experienced and hands-on in financial & management accounting, particularly in consolidation for more than 5 years.
  • Experience in big 4 firms is an added advantage.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Microsoft Excel, and familiarity with the SAP system is also an added advantage.
  • Good communication skills (oral and written), both in English and Bahasa Malaysia.
  • Good interpersonal, liaison, leadership, and management skills.
