Role Objective
Lead and execute on all Marketing communication materials for monthly campaign, tactical campaign and ad hoc project.
To work with respective team member to ensure effective and efficient campaigns materials across all channels.
Job Description
- Conceptualization & Design: Create and develop visual concepts for various platforms, including websites, social media, marketing materials, and branding initiatives.
- Content Creation: Design and produce a wide range of visual assets, such as logos, graphics, illustrations, advertisements, and layouts for print and digital use.
- Collaboration: Work closely with marketing teams, clients, and other stakeholders to understand requirements and translate ideas into compelling visuals.
- Software Proficiency: Utilize design software, such as Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign, to bring concepts to life and refine designs.
- Brand Consistency: Ensure all designs adhere to brand guidelines, maintaining visual consistency across various projects and platforms.
- Trend Awareness: Stay updated on the latest design trends, techniques, and demographic behaviours to create innovative and relevant work.
- Presentation: Present design ideas and prototypes to decision-makers and clients, incorporating feedback to refine the final output.
Job Requirement
- Diploma/ Degree in business/ marketing/ advertising / graphic design / creative multimedia or equivalent.
- Preferably 3 - 5 years of working experience in Designing/ Social media / Digital Marketing.
- Knowledge using Adobe’s Creative Suits – Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Canva and more.
- Knowledge on Social media, E-Commerce, Google Analytics, or AdWords is a plus.
- Strong creative and artistic skills to conceptualize and execute original designs.
- Excellent communication skills to understand stakeholders’ needs and collaborate effectively with teams.
- Knowledge of typography, colour combinations, and layout principles.
- Ability to work under pressure in a fast pace working environment.
- Ability to handle and prioritise multiple tasks simultaneously.
- High level of business ethics and integrity.
