Job Responsibilities
  • Conduct regular inspections of building systems (HVAC, electrical, plumbing, etc.) to ensure proper functionality and identify potential issues.
  • Diagnose and resolve issues related to building systems promptly and effectively.
  • Ensure the safety and security of students, employees, and school assets at all times.
  • Assist the manager to oversee the development and implementation of preventive maintenance programs to reduce downtime and extend equipment lifespan.
  • Contribute to facility upgrade and renovation projects, including data gathering, providing recommendations, preparing reports, and assisting with contractor coordination.
  • Ensure full compliance with safety regulations, building codes, and relevant industry standards.
  • Create, implement, check and maintain accurate records and reports of maintenance activities, repairs, and facility modifications.
  • Collaborate with internal departments, external contractors, and maintenance personnel to ensure smooth daily operations.
  • Assist in preparing, tracking, and monitoring budgets for maintenance and operational expenditures.
  • Contribute to long‑term facility planning for improvements and sustainability.
  • Assist the manager to lead and manage internal maintenance/custodial teams.
Job Requirements
