Job summary

  • Adjudicate claims according to policy terms.

  • Assist manager in monitoring team productivity.

Job description
  • Adjudicate claims according to the terms and conditions of the policy
  • Assess claims in accordance with the policy terms and conditions and ISO requirements.
  • Process claims; i.e. approve, reject or withdraw claims within a set time frame and authority limit
  • Handle enquiries and complaints from agents and claimants.
  • Coordinate with branches or other stakeholders to ensure smooth claims handling.
  • Assist manager to monitor TAT and Productivity of the team.
  • University Degree in any discipline; or, Professional qualification in insurance, ICA, ACS
  • 6 years’ experience in life insurance company or large organisation.
