Responsibilities:
  • Collaborate with the Regional Finance Head to prepare key financial metrics for informed management decision-making.
  • Assist the Regional Finance Head with budgeting, forecasting, and cash flow projections.
  • Ensure compliance with tax regulations across regional countries through effective tax planning.
  • Coordinate with accounting agents, tax agents, and bankers in regional countries.
  • Support the implementation of the group’s ERP system across regional countries.
  • Work with the Regional Finance Head to resolve accounting, operational, and banking-related issues, providing prompt updates to management.
  • Review monthly financial reports prepared by the Regional Finance Head for accuracy and completeness.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Accountancy with at least 3–5 years of experience in the retail industry. Experience in European countries is a plus.
  • Proficient in financial reporting, financial analysis, taxation, and statutory filing.
  • Excellent command of spoken and written English.
  • Proficient in MS Excel and PowerPoint; experience with Power BI is an added advantage.
  • Adaptable, with an eagerness to take on varied responsibilities and new challenges.
  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and committed to meeting deadlines.
  • Proactive, resourceful, and adept at problem-solving, with the ability to work independently.
