We are seeking an experienced finance professional to join our team as an Assistant Finance Manager / Finance Manager. This role is ideal for someone with strong analytical skills, proven leadership experience, and a strategic mindset. You will play a key role in driving financial planning, analysis, and reporting for the Southeast Asia region, while leading a small team and partnering with senior stakeholders to support business growth.

Key Responsibilities

Lead budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis for the SEA region.

Provide actionable insights to support strategic decision-making.

Supervise and mentor a team of finance professionals, ensuring high performance and development.

Drive process improvements and implement best practices across operations.

3. Business Partnering

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support commercial initiatives and optimize profitability.

Present financial results and recommendations to senior management.

4. Compliance & Controls

Ensure adherence to corporate policies, local regulations, and internal controls.

Oversee accurate and timely financial reporting.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field; CA/ACCA preferred.

Minimum 6 years of progressive finance experience, including at least 2 years in a supervisory or managerial role.

Strong knowledge of financial planning, analysis, and reporting.

Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.

Proficiency in ERP systems and advanced Excel; experience with BI tools is a plus.

Organized, meticulous and a good team player

Auditing experience with Big four is an advantage
