Responsible for supporting and supervising the customer (tyre dealers/suppliers) service function. This role ensures efficient order processing, timely coordination with operations, logistics and sales team, effective handling of customer enquiries and complaints, and the delivery of high-quality service to tyre dealers and trade customers.
