A leading company in corporate services located in Kuala Lumpur is seeking an Assistant Manager - Corporate Secretarial to assist in discharging corporate secretarial duties and ensuring statutory compliance. The role requires a minimum of 5 years of corporate secretarial experience and familiarity with drafting meeting papers, resolutions, and minutes. Candidates must hold a CGI (ICSA) qualification and be proficient in both English and Bahasa Malaysia. This position offers an excellent opportunity to be part of a dynamic team.
To assist the Company Secretary in discharging corporate secretarial duties and ensuring statutory compliance for group companies
To handle all aspects of company secretarial works including organising, coordinating and compiling meeting papers for Board and Board Committee meetings, drafting resolutions and minutes
Prepare Company’s Annual Report and other reports and analysis as required
Requirements:
CGI (ICSA) qualification and a member of MAICSA
Minimum 5 years of corporate secretarial experience
Experience in handling corporate secretarial matters, exposure in a public listed company or secretarial practice will be an added advantage
Good interpersonal, communication and minutes writing skills
Proficient in both written and spoken English and Bahasa Malaysia
