The Assistant Manager, Corporate Finance will play a crucial role in leading strategic property initiatives, business development projects, and M&A activities across Southeast Asia.

  • Manage projects valued up to RM10M and support larger-scale initiatives reaching RM80M.
  • Conduct comprehensive market research, financial modelling, and feasibility assessments for investment opportunities and site selection.
  • Lead mergers and acquisitions, divestment strategies, and brand expansion efforts, including due diligence and valuation processes.
  • Oversee project schedules, regulatory approvals, and cross-functional stakeholder coordination.
  • Drive business optimisation programs, facility enhancements, and deliver strategic solutions for property and network growth.
  • Provide leadership and mentorship to team members, ensuring timely execution and professional development.
  • Maintain a robust market intelligence database and benchmark against industry best practices.
Profile
  • A degree in Accounting, Finance, Corporate Finance or a related field.
  • At least 7 years experience in Project Management/ Accounting/ Finance/ Business or related field.
  • Strong experience in financial modelling, project management, and strategic planning.
  • Proficiency in financial reporting and project management tools.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • The ability to work independently and as part of a team.
