Job description
Responsibilities
  • Assist in planning, coordinating, and updating maintenance schedules to support compliance with ISO 9001, ISO 14001, and OHSAS 18001 standards.
  • Provide support in monitoring contractor/vendor activities and ensure documentation is properly recorded.
  • Assist with quality checks of infrastructure works under guidance from senior staff.
  • Support inventory management of materials, equipment, and supplies, including receiving, issuing, storage, and simple stock checks.
  • Maintain accurate records and assist in preparing documentation such as stock registers, delivery orders, GRNs, and periodic reports.
  • Provide administrative support including preparing meeting documents, correspondence, and schedules.
  • Assist in coordinating response for emergency breakdowns/complaints by liaising with maintenance personnel.
  • Support procurement processes such as raising purchase requisitions, invoice follow-ups, and record keeping.
  • Help ensure safety compliance by assisting with PPE requirements, safety passes, and contractor clearance.
  • Prepare and submit basic reports as assigned by management.
Requirements
  • Diploma/Degree in Administration, Engineering, or related field.
  • Min. 2 years relevant experience in Facility Management or Maintenance.
  • Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
