Responsibilities

• Manage customs clearance processes at all Royal Malaysian Customs Office branches.
• Attend to customs queries, if any, and notify the Coordinator, Customer Service. Escalate unresolved issues to the immediate superior.
• Attend shipment examinations as instructed by Customs Officers.
• Handle truck endorsement (truck sealing) procedures for K8 shipments.
• Verify and validate shipment status via the ALDEC system prior to handing over customs forms to the relevant department or direct customers.
• Collect cheques from the Finance Department upon notification from the relevant department, either for customs duty payments or customs compounds.
• Perform any other duties or responsibilities as assigned by the superior.
• Job responsibilities are subject to change and may be revised as necessary.
• Minimum SPM (Pass) or with minimum two (2) year’s working experiences in logistics industry.
• Knowledge of the Customs Management System would be an advantage.
• Service oriented, good interpersonal and communication skills.
