Job summary

A leading automotive dealership in Malaysia seeks a Sales Manager to achieve growth targets and manage customer accounts under the Corporate/Fleet Sales Program. The ideal candidate will have at least 3 years of experience in the automotive industry, strong communication skills, and a solid understanding of automotive products and services. This role requires resolving customer issues and managing sales transactions efficiently.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years experience as Sales Manager or equivalent in the automotive industry.
• Able to communicate at all levels and able to speak local dialects.
• Strong knowledge of the product and service offered.

Ensure growth aspirations (targets) as set by company are achieved.

Responsible for opening, registering and validating an account for qualified customers under the Corporate/Fleet Sales Program.

Participates in the formulation and implementation of Auto Bavaria corporate/fleet strategy.

Resolving any customer issues relating to all service levels (sales + aftersales).

Ensure full responsibility and personal involvement when dealing with diplomatic sales.

Reviewing, supporting and overseeing the document submission to Principal.

Manage the implementation process to ensure all required documentations are completed, sales transactions are executed as per the given prices and policies and timely submission of Corporate Sales claims to Principal by the respective branches.

Minimum 3 years experience as Sales Manager or equivalent in the automotive industry.

Able to communicate at all levels and able to speak the local dialects.

Strong knowledge of the product and service offered by Auto Bavaria.
