Responsibilities

• Responsible for the full set of accounts of the assigned companies, including general accounting, accounts receivable, accounts payable, tax and treasury, ensuring the financial reports are prepared accurately and timely.
• Responsible for schedules for development costs, progress billings, redemption sums, and debtors.
• Responsible for preparation of tax estimation and schedules for assigned company accounts.
• Assist in various accounting papers, statutory reporting requirements, annual budget, and forecasts.
• Assist in any ad hoc task assigned.

Requirements

• Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting or a professional qualification ACCA / CPA.
• At least 5 years of relevant experience.
• Experience leading juniors or a small team is an added advantage.
• Experience in the property development industry is an added advantage.
